Free USA Shipping

LynchNW offers Free Shipping on orders placed for $99 and more for delivery within the United States. We use USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail for this service, depending on the weight of the shipment. Other shipping options can be selected in lieu of Free Shipping, if desired. We do not offer free shipping to international customers.

LynchNW Shipment Protection

LynchNW guarantees all shipments of products purchased from LynchNW.com. This covers physical loss and/or damage to package contents in the course of transit.

LynchNW will do one of the following if a shipment is lost or damaged:

1. Replace the lost or damaged product, OR, if product not available,
2. Replace the lost or damaged product with similar item(s) of equivalent value, OR
3. Refund the full value of the lost or damaged product, including cost of shipping

Please Note: To provide this service, we include a modest fee as part of the final shipping charges at time of checkout regardless of the shipping carrier chosen.

Order Processing and Transit Time

Our goal is to ship most orders out within 2-3 business days from time of order via customer selected shipping solution. Gear Drop orders may take 5-10 business days to ship.

Days to ship may increase due to order volume following Gear Drops or during the holiday season.

We allow our customers to choose their shipping method at checkout. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers or methods in situations where we believe the reliability or delivery time may be better. Be aware that some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Not all shipping methods are available in all geographic areas.

LynchNW is a small company and our manufactured products are made by hand, one at a time. Because of this, on occasion, some finishes can take longer to ship than our standard order processing time specifies. In these cases, we ask for your patience. We appreciate your support.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT offer Expedited processing of orders. The days it takes to ship an order will not be shortened by selecting faster shipping methods, but actual transport time may be shortened once packages have been picked up by shipping carriers.

International Shipments

We ship overseas on a daily basis and can ship to most countries. All international shipments are covered by LynchNW Shipment Protection. You can also buy directly from our International Partners listed on our Partners page. Actual transit time varies based on location for our international shipments.

USPS is the least expensive option for overseas packages, but can take anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks, depending on the destination. UPS and DHL are much faster (typically less than a week), but much more expensive. You can check shipping options/prices in the 'Checkout' section of the purchase page.

Many countries have their own customs charges, tariffs, duties, and taxes on incoming packages. We don't have any control over those fees. When those fees are charged to the recipient, they are charged by the shipping service and/or the local customs office. Because we ship to so many countries, and because each country's customs regulations are unique, we are not able to keep up with that information, or what those fees may total. Please consult your local shipping authorities or customs office for more information.

Please be aware that we cannot under-declare the value of packages or mark them as anything but merchandise. The value on customs forms will match the amount on your invoice.

Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement

By purchasing or receiving any item produced by LynchNW, the owner assumes the responsibility to research and comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws related to the possession, ownership, carry, shipment, transport, and use of any LynchNW manufactured product and/or any other products we sell. The owner expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LynchNW for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, possession, ownership, transportation, or use of the item in violation of applicable federal, state and local laws or regulations. LynchNW is not liable for the misuse of any LynchNW knife or product purchased either directly from LynchNW or a reseller. You must be eighteen (18) years of age to purchase knives from LynchNW.
