All LynchNW manufactured products are Guaranteed for Life. They are designed to be used, and things that are used are susceptible to wear and damage. Should a product fail, or should you be unhappy with it for any reason, we will replace it, or refund you in full.

WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER?
Our lifetime warranty covers any and all manufacturer issues, as well as any damage sustained during intended use (including bent clips, no matter how it happened). Our warranty applies to the original owner/purchaser, but we always do our best to accommodate individual and unique circumstances. Our philosophy is to fully stand behind our product and make the solution for warranty issues as quick and easy as possible. We understand that a customer who isn't happy with a resolution is one who won't be coming back. If one of our parts falls short in any way, please let us know so we can make it right. If you need to warranty a part, please fill out our Warranty Request Form.

I CAN'T FIND MY RECEIPT FOR A PURCHASE FROM LYNCHNW OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. CAN I WARRANTY IT?
We understand that you can't keep every receipt. If you can't find a Proof of Purchase, please fill out our Warranty Request Form and we'll consider your situation on a case by case basis. Let us know where you purchased the part, and send a couple photos so we can verify details about the part in question. On occasion, if a part was purchased from an unverified source (eBay, the secondary market, Reddit, etc) there may be a chance it's a clone or a fake, but we can typically tell from photos.

CAN I ANODIZE A PART MYSELF, OR HAVE ANOTHER MAKER ANODIZE/CERAKOTE IT? WILL THAT VOID THE WARRANTY?
Anodizing or Cerakoting the parts will not void the warranty. Please feel free to do that. Modifications that will void the warranty include the intentional removal of material (grinding, engraving, etc) or using heat or flame to try to heat anodize color the part.

CAN I RETURN A KNIFE I ORDERED?
Knives may only be returned for a refund if in unused/new condition or if defective from the factory and must include all OEM packaging and LynchNW and OEM clips.

Please note that we do not sell on Amazon, Etsy, Alibaba, or any other sites not listed on our Partners Page. Parts listed for sale on those sites are either fakes, clones, or copies. All designs we sell were created in-house, and are original and unique to us; if you see a similar design being sold outside our dealer network, please know that it is a rip-off and a fake. The exception is eBay; we don't sell directly on eBay, but LynchNW products do come up for sale on that site through private sellers, and via Blades We Love. Listings on eBay from dealers or companies (not including Blades We Love) are likely fakes, clones, or copies. Such products are NOT covered by our Warranty, Exchange or Return policies.
